Before payment, you must choose the course and available session time that works for your schedule. This is part of the RMG Universal trust standard: you should not pay first and discover later that the class time does not work.
Once payment is completed, your seat is confirmed for the selected session shown at checkout. Because the session is selected before payment, purchases are generally non-refundable for missed classes, personal schedule conflicts after purchase, lack of attendance, or change of mind.
If RMG Universal cancels a session or materially changes the session time and the replacement option does not work for you, RMG Universal may offer a refund, credit, or transfer to another session.
Seat transfers may be allowed before the class begins if requested by email and approved by RMG Universal.
